I work with senior leaders, executives and entrepreneurs who are stepping into bigger roles and greater responsibility — including clients from organisations such as Heineken, the Scottish Parliament, Pictet and NatWest, as well as charity CEOs, Boards and individuals seeking 1:1 coaching outside their organisations.

While their contexts differ, they share a common goal: to navigate complex challenges with greater confidence, clarity and impact — and to thrive both professionally and personally. Many are being asked to perform at a new level, which can be exciting, demanding and, at times, uncertain.

My coaching takes a whole-person, people-first approach. I focus not just on immediate challenges, but on building self-awareness, resilience and capability that lasts — creating meaningful, sustainable change and supporting clients to keep growing long after our work together ends.
